My personal experience for rifs is G&G, first started with a combat master, had nothing but issues.. for gear, Emerson gear, everything was way too small.. mag pouches for ar, could barely fit pistol mags..

I know a bunch of them were faked as well, which makes it seem so much worse than it actually is. I've been playing airsoft for nearly 12 years now, and genuinely can't think of a single occasion where a cheater has 'ruined' a game day. Yeah, it's annoying, but it's the same with any sport. Plus it's a good excuse to test out full-auto...

No. Like anything, you have the choice of how expensive you want it to be.
That sometimes its best to not take a shot and give away your position because you know that you'll be able to invade a base once a few people disappear
Not a team name but my call sign, DC-1, my late father suggested it. It stands for Delta Comms 1, which is the callsign of a Police Dog Unit here in New Zealand. When I was thinking of a callsign when I started out, I was at his place listening to the scanner and the call came out "Delta Comms One", and he suggested that, it was a bit of a mouthful so i shortened it and landed on DC-1
VFC L403A1 KS-1. I'm working towards a UKSF/SFC/SBS kit, at the minute, that's focused around modern/next 5 years sort of style, so that's definitely on my list. FFP scope w/ ACRO P2 & a KAC QDC QD Suppressor. Beautiful.

Not been there in a while due to a couple of bad experiences. Definitely interested to see what changes there will be going forward.
It's still under the same management to be fair. But there was definitely a different vibe from the team there and they seem to aware of previous issues.

I can appreciate that too. I recently acquired a electric loader too. Both have made reloading less of a chore.
Binary triggers, they serve very little purpose and are unnecessary in a pickup game.
You don't need your own RIF right away, rent for a bit and get used to game and ask other airsofters about their kits. We are all kit whores really and love to talk about it all so ask loads of questions and even ask to shoot their RIF. I know I would say yes to a newbie even to veteran player tbh

Would absolutely love to go someday. Seeing all the YouTube videos out there makes it look so tiring but also so fun. A whole weekend dedicated to shooting people with plastic pellets COUNT ME IN!
Not too long after I started playing Airsoft, it was a scorching day & I was knackered so I hunkered down in a bunker, and there was a really old, rusty, blue, fold-up chair. So I grabbed the chair, went outside, and sat on the chair in the middle of the field shooting at people. Some how, no one was shooting me back so people started taking cover behind me and using me as a bi-pod. Gradually the team started to move forward, so I propped it infront of me like a shield and pushed forward. We started to get more & more people. And in a game of just overr 200 people, we had a good 30-50 people in formation behind this chair until the Marshals took it away from us 🤣 they took away the Chairsofters Holy Relic!

Operation Hyperion by Black Spear MilSim is a highly immersive, 24-hour tactical airsoft event. The 2026 series (NATO vs. RUSFOR loadouts) is held at the historic Narrow Water Castle site in County Down, Northern Ireland (BT34 3LE). The event features a dedicated command structure, deep lore, and round-the-clock objectives.
The Battlegroup -game series is a combination of airsoft, milsim and larp elements. The game is filled with ongoing operations and momentary missions, which are handed out by the faction leadership structure. The game will not be full on battle the whole time, there will also be some times you won’t be able engage in battle. The players are there for different kinds of experiences, so try to mind the civilians and other special roleplayers. Players should be physically and mentally prepared that the game will last +60 hours and the game area is large. This means the players should be well equipped for moving long distances, long times on the battlefield, weather changes and that food and water will not always be on hand. You don’t necessarily have to have any experience in airsoft before the event, but being in the military or being a scout is recommended in this case. If you are in doubt that you can survive Battlegroup -game, we encourage you to take part in other smaller events before arriving to the game.
BELLUM is a premium airsoft event that is open for all airsoft players at all levels as well as beginners as pros. BELLUM is not a hardcore Milsim, however the organization structure is much like other Milsims. There are two game sides, Sparta and Legion, that is controlled by their own fully dedicated HQ staff. At BELLUM it’s allow to bring both in-game vehicles and boats. Each game sides will have a command structure that will be developed by the HQ in cooperation with the players. Before the game we urge all players to study the BELLUM rule book as we’re very strict when it comes to safety and complying with the Swedish law at all times. BELLUM always strive to comply with all Swedish laws and regulations and cooperates closely with both the Swedish Police and Military.
