Delete your Airsoft.Bio account

You can request deletion of your Airsoft.Bio account and its associated data at any time, from the website or the mobile app. Requests are reviewed by a member of our team rather than actioned instantly, so we can protect against mistakes, abuse, and account takeover attempts.

Delete your account on the web

Sign in to your account at airsoft.bio.
Open your dashboard and go to Account.
Select Delete account under the danger zone and confirm your request.

Request account deletion

Delete your account in the app

Open the Airsoft.Bio app and go to the Account tab.
Open Account settings and tap Delete account.
Confirm the request and optionally add a reason.

You can also request deletion from the website if you prefer. If you can't sign in, email us directly (see Contact below).

What happens after you request deletion

Deletion requests are not actioned automatically. A member of the Airsoft.Bio team reviews each request to confirm it genuinely came from the account owner and to check for anything that needs resolving first, such as open reports or safety concerns. We aim to review requests within 5 business days and complete deletion within 30 days of approval.

You can check the status of your request at any time from the Delete account page in your dashboard.

Data deleted once your request is approved

Your profile, including bio, avatar, banner, and loadouts
Posts, comments, and reactions on the community and team feeds
Direct messages you have sent and received
Follows and followers
Team memberships, invites, and join requests
Push notification tokens and device registrations
Saved preferences and notification settings

Data we may retain

A small amount of data may be kept after deletion where we have a legal, safety, or accounting reason to do so:

Moderation logs and records of reports or bans, kept to protect the community and prevent repeat abuse
Records needed to meet our legal or tax obligations, such as transaction records, where applicable
Anonymised or aggregated analytics that can no longer be linked back to you
Content that other users have already interacted with, retained only for a limited period where removing it immediately would break their own conversations or records

Retained data is kept only for as long as necessary and is never used to rebuild your profile or restore your account.
