Improved Notifications

The notification system could use some improvements. For example, DM's generate and email every time, which is a little excessive when you are holding a conversation. Consider: - Push notifications - Only sending offsite notifications when the player is not online - Enabling the player to select which notifications they want to recieve via email/push notifications while offline
