Team Ranks / Hierachy

Allow teams to dedicate team management roles to members. So that people who need to be removed can be done without the team admin needing to be present. Potentially allow for "Team Chats" too. Dedicated areas for teams to talk amongst each other. Others could look but not post without joining?
